Diploma for the Goat at the Madonnina 2017

Even in 2017 in the shadow of the Madonnina we have not disfigured with our reserve “Goat”, in fact, with a score of 80.90/100 we achieved the Diploma of Higher Quality.

2 out of 3 in the “Stupor and Emotion” 2016 contest

The pride and satisfaction was immense, since in this first competition dedicated exclusively to refiners in three categories (soft cheeses, semi-hard cheeses and hard cheeses) we collected two first prizes with “Buhaiolo” for semi-hard cheeses and the “Spinello” for soft cheeses.

Trofeo San Lucio 2016

Altri due riconoscimenti da aggiungere nella nostra bacheca, durante questo concorso nazionale a carattere biennale non siamo nuovi… Infatti dal 2010 che partecipiamo e, in ogni edizione, abbiamo sempre riportato un podio. Quest’anno è toccato ad un oro sul pluripremiato CAPRONE ed un argento sul nuovo BUHAIOLO, alla sua prima partecipazione ad un concorso nazionale.
