If you think of butter and sage, the idea immediately goes to a product for seasoning pasta, ravioli for example … actually, the idea of this butter was born to offer a product to be used in the appetizer, but especially the aperitif because it is an ideal combination with a bubble.
This is not an industrial butter, but an artisan butter, still made with the churn, exclusively from fresh cream of centrifuge, only Italian milk and the addition of dehydrated sage and sea salt from Cervia.
It has a greenish color, with the presence of sage powder, the smell is pleasant, in addition to the cream nose immediately emerge the aromatic notes and characteristics of sage leaf. The unmistakable flavor, delicate but persistent and very, very appetizing.
Fresh Italian bread, Cervia wholemeal sea salt (1,4%), dehydrated sage (1,2%). ALLERGENS: MILK and MILK protein.
