FormaggItalia 2017

Participation in the first edition of “FormaggItalia” at the “Palazzo delle Stelline” in Milan, during which we presented about 60 cheeses for tasting. We also participated in the conference held on 27 October.

2 out of 3 in the “Stupor and Emotion” 2016 contest

The pride and satisfaction was immense, since in this first competition dedicated exclusively to refiners in three categories (soft cheeses, semi-hard cheeses and hard cheeses) we collected two first prizes with “Buhaiolo” for semi-hard cheeses and the “Spinello” for soft cheeses.
