During the Cibus of Parma was celebrated the award ceremony of the national competition Alma Caseus, organized by the famous international school of cooking founded by Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi and directed by another luminary of the cheese Renato Brancaleoni.
We entered some of our cheeses in this competition and were classified as such:
First classified with the “Bishop” in the family of goats.
First classified with the “Briacacio sheep’s ” in the family of the herborinates.
Third place with the “Gioia del Pastore textured” with raw milk in the family of farm sheep.
As usual, it is a great satisfaction for us to receive these awards, but it is not for us a point of arrival, but a starting point to refine better and better and obtain not only the consent of the public, but also of technicians who evaluate our products from the sensory point of view.
